The DUET entrance test will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in computer-based mode. The DU entrance exam dates 2021 have not been announced yet. The Delhi University entrance test is conducted for admissions to PG, MPhil, PhD and a few UG level programmes. However, the DU admission process for PG programmes will begin from July 26 and will end by August 21. DU registration form 2021 for UG programmes will be released on August 2. The last date to register for DU admission 2021-22 in UG merit-based programmes is August 31.
The University of Delhi is also planning to increase the number of test centres. Last year, many DU aspirants raised their concerns over the lack of exam centres. The examinations were held in 24 centres around the country.
"From the academic year 2021-22 onwards, admissions to Bachelor in Physiotherapy, Bachelor in Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics, and Masters of Physiotherapy will be done through Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET). This is an effort in line with the National Education Policy motive of one university one examination," Rajiv Gupta, chairperson, admissions told PTI.
Gupta said in the report that the non-NET candidates who wish to take admissions in MPhil and PhD programmes have to appear for the DUET exam.
