DU PG round 2 seat allocation 2025 today; what leads to cancellation of admissions?

Download NowUniversity of Delhi will declare the seat allotment for the second round of postgraduate admissions through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) 2025 today, June 24. DU PG 2nd seat allotment results 2025 will be announced on the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) PG portal, pgadmission.uod.ac.in. at 5 pm.

As per the DU PG admission 2025 schedule, candidates will have to accept the allotted seat by 4:59 pm on June 27. The colleges will verify and approve the online applications by June 28. The last date for making online fee payment is June 29.
“Inactivity/no-action will be taken as non-acceptance to the allocated seat. It will be treated as a decline to the provisionally allocated seat and the candidate will no longer be able to participate in subsequent regular rounds of CSAS(PG) - 2025,” the university said in DU PG CSAS 2025 information bulletin.
The colleges will verify the following details while giving approval:
- Minimum eligibility of the candidate
- Programme-specific eligibility of the candidate
- CUET PG 2025 details
- Validity and authenticity of documents/certificates submitted by the candidate.

During the process, if the college seeks more information from the candidate, it may raise a query. After verification, the department will either ‘approve’ or ‘reject’ the allocated seat.
DU PG Admission 2025: What after allotment?
In case the college accepts the seat, students will have to pay the admission fee. “If a candidate fails to pay the admission fee within the stipulated time, it will be considered as a cancellation of the provisionally allocated seat. The allocated seat will be forfeited and the candidate will not be considered for any subsequent CSAS PG 2025 allocation rounds.
In case, the application gets rejected, the college will state any of the following reasons:
- Non-fulfillment of the minimum eligibility by the candidate.
- Not-fulfillment of program-specific eligibility by the candidate.
- Invalid documents/certificates submitted by the candidate.
- Failure to respond to the queries raised by the department/ centre/ college within the stipulated time.
