Download NowNEW DELHI: The University of Delhi (DU) will be announcing the vacant seat list for the special spot admission round for undergraduate programmes in certain shortlisted colleges today at 5 PM. Candidates can check the vacancies at DU admission portal- admission.uod.ac.in.

Delhi University also informed candidates on the important guidelines to keep in mind for the special spot admission round process.
- Candidates will not have an option to 'upgrade' and 'withdraw' their admission during the special spot admission round.
- The seat allocated in this round will be final, as per university rules, allocations in the special spot round will be done based on the availability of seats, programme-specific merit of the candidates, order of preference of programme and college, and category.
- Once the spot admission round is announced, the admitted candidates will not be allowed to withdraw their admission.
- To be considered in this round, the candidate is required to opt for 'special spot admission round' through their 'candidate dashboard'.
- It will be mandatory for them to take admission to the seat allocated in the special DU spot admission round.
- If the candidate fails to accept the allocated seat, it will forfeit the candidate's ability to take admission in the University of Delhi.
