GAT-B 2021 entrance test result declared at dbt.nta.ac.in; Know details here

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Graduate Aptitude Test Biotechnology (GAT-B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2021 result on August 28. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can check the GAT-B result 2021 by going onto the official website - dbt.nta.ac.in. The GAT-B 2021 entrance exam was conducted on August 14.

The GAT-B result 2021 has been released in the form of a scorecard. Candidates can check the GAT-B 2021 scorecard to know the marks scored by them in the entrance test. The GAT-B result carries details such as name of the candidate, roll number and the scored marks.

To check the GAT-B 2021 result and scorecard, candidates will have to use their application number and password or date of birth.

How to check the GAT-B result 2021

• Visit the official website - dbt.nta.ac.in.
• Click on the ‘GAT-B & BET-2021 Scorecard’ tab.
• Enter the application number and password or date birth in the login window.
• Type in the security pin and press ‘Sign in’.
• Check the GAT-B 2021 scorecard thoroughly.
• Take print out and retain the GAT-B scorecard 2021 for future reference.

This year, IIT Roorkee, IIT Indore and Anna University, are not participating in the GAT-B 2021. The total number of seats has also been reduced from 1,217 to 1,127. Also, Rajkot was added to the list of GAT-B exam centres.

Candidates qualifying the GAT-B 2021 entrance examination will be offered admission to programmes such as M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Agricultural Biotechnology, M.V.Sc. Animal Biotechnology, M.Tech Biotechnology/Allied Areas and M.Sc in Allied Areas across the participating universities.

The GAT-B 2021 admission process started on July 7 with the release of an application form. Candidates could fill and submit the GAT-B application form until July 31. The admit card for Graduate Aptitude Test Biotechnology (GAT-B) 2021 was released on August 8.
