GPAT 2026 correction facility opens at natboard.edu.in; edit details by January 19

GPAT Application Form 2026: The exam is scheduled to be held on March 7. The city intimation slip will be issued on February 24.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened the application correction window for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT 2026) today, January 16. Applicants who submitted the GPAT 2026 application form before the deadline can edit the form on the official website, natboard.edu.in.
Candidates will have to log in using their user ID and password and edit their GPAT 2026 application form. The last date to edit the submitted GPAT application form is January 19.
During the GPAT application form correction process, candidates can edit all details except the candidate’s name, nationality, email ID, mobile number, and GPAT test centre.

GPAT 2026 exam pattern
The GPAT 2026 exam will be held as a computer-based test in a single shift from 2 pm to 5 pm. The three-hour MPharm entrance exam will have 125 multiple-choice questions from core pharmacy subjects, carrying a total of 500 marks.
According to the GPAT marking scheme, candidates will get four marks for each correct answer, lose one mark for each wrong answer, and receive no marks for unanswered questions.
As per the GPAT schedule, the pre-edit window for correcting incorrect or incomplete images will be open from February 6 to 9, with another chance to update images provided from February 17 to 19.
The GPAT city intimation slip will be issued on February 24, followed by the admit card on March 2, while the GPAT 2026 results are set to be announced on April 7.
GPAT Correction Window 2026: How to edit?
To make corrections to the GPAT 2026 application form, candidates have to follow the instructions given below.
- Go to the official website, natboard.edu.in.
- Click on the ‘GPAT 2026 - Application Form Correction’ link.
- Enter your valid application number, password, and security pin.
- Click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
- Make necessary corrections and changes in the GPAT form.
- Check the changes carefully and submit the edited form.
