Gujarat govt’s Eid holiday prompts revision ; UG, PG and integrated semester exams get new dates

Gujarat University(GU) has postponed multiple semester examinations that were earlier scheduled for May 28, and issued revised dates for affected students across undergraduate, postgraduate and integrated programmes.
As per the circular, the revision follows a Gujarat government Eid holiday on May 28. The university clarified that only the affected May 28 papers have been shifted, while the remaining examinations will continue on their original dates and timings.
Apart from the other subjects the change applies to B.Com NEP Semester 2 as well, which has been moved to June 1, 2026, with a revised exam timing of 1 PM to 2 PM. Most other postponed examinations will be held as per the time printed on the original hall ticket.
