NEW DELHI : PT BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has announced the stray vacancy round schedule for Haryana NEET UG counselling 2023. The registration for this round of state National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) counselling has begun on the official website, uhsrugcounselling.com. The last date to register is September 25.

During this time period, candidates can also submit their choices of courses and colleges as well as willingness to participate in the stray vacancy round. Only those candidates can apply who have not been allotted seats in the previous three rounds or those who did not join the allotted seats in any round.
Important instructions for students applying for the stray vacancy round:
- Candidates who have already registered themselves for round 1, round 2 and round 3 will not be required to register again.
- Candidates who have already “joined” on any seat allotted to them through All India Counseling or any state counseling will not be eligible to participate in the stray round.
- Seat upgradation will be allowed.
- All candidates will be required to deposit security fee of Rs 10,000 (Rs 5,000 for SC, SCD, BCA, BCB, EWS, PWBD of Haryana State) and Rs 1 lakh for private colleges. This facility shall be available in the login ID of the candidates on admission webportal.
- In case of failure of any registered candidate to deposit the requisite security amount, they will not be considered eligible to participate.
- If the candidates are allotted any seat as per their preference, but they do not join on the allotted seat, the security amount will be forfeited.
- The security amount of the candidates who are not allotted any seat will be returned after the completion of the counseling process.
- In case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled during document verification or fails to produce the required documents at the time of document verification, the security amount fee will be forfeited.
