Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 3 schedule out; registration from September 28

The Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, has announced the Haryana National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG Counselling 2026 round 3 schedule for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. As per the schedule, round 3 registration, choice submission and the locking process will begin on September 28 and continue till October 10, 2026.

The Haryana NEET UG counselling is being conducted for eligible candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government, government-aided and private medical and dental institutes in Haryana, including specified private and minority universities.

Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 3 dates

Candidates can complete fresh registration, edit their submitted details and submit and lock their choices through the Haryana counselling portal during the round 3 window. The complete Haryana NEET UG round 3 counselling schedule is given below.

As per the notice, candidates who were registered for rounds 1 and 2 but were not allotted a seat do not need to register again. Candidates allotted seats in earlier rounds must submit their willingness to participate in round 3 and indicate their preference for an upgrade online.

Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026: Security fee

Candidates participating in round 3 of who want to opt only for state quota seats in government or government-aided medical and dental colleges have to deposit a security amount of Rs 10,000. For SC, SCD, BCA, BCB, EWS and PwBD candidates of Haryana, the amount is Rs 5,000.

Candidates opting for state quota or management quota seats in medical or private dental colleges, including private universities, have to deposit Rs 1 lakh online.

The university has clarified that candidates who fail to deposit the required security amount will not be eligible for round 3. If a candidate is allotted a seat but does not join, the security amount will be forfeited and the candidate will not be eligible for the further stray round.

Candidates must submit fresh choices for Round 3. The choices filled during rounds 1 and 2 will be treated as null and void. Candidates seeking an upgrade must arrange their new preferences according to the seats they want to opt for.

The notice also states that candidates allotted or admitted to a seat through All India Quota (AIQ) or any state counselling up to Round 3 will not be eligible for further or stray vacancy rounds.
