HPBOSE Class 10, 12 board exams 2026 from March 3; time table out

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE), Dharamshala has announced the schedule for HP Board Class 10 and 12 exams 2026. The board has also issued the date sheet for state open school board exams along with the regular board exams 2026.

The HPBOSE Class 10 board exams 2026 will be conducted from March 3 to 28, while Class 12 exams will be held from March 3 to April 1. The HPBOSE Class 10 and 12 board exams 2026 will be conducted in a single shift from 9:45 am to 1:00 pm.

“It is notified that the annual examinations, compartment/grade improvement/additional subject examinations for the regular and State Open School (SOS) students of Class 10 and Class 12 for the academic session 2025-26 will be held on the following dates/times,” according to the official notification by the board.

Moreover, HPBOSE Class 10 and 12 practical exams for regular and state open school, excluding National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) will be held from February 20 to 28, prior to the written examination, the board said.

The practical examination will take place internally in the respective schools and study centres, the board added.

“Question papers will be prepared on-site by the subject teachers. Practical files, mark sheets, and detailed instructions will be made available online through the school ID,” the board said.
