Telangana Class 12 Exam 2026: Officials observed digital systems for real-time attendance and grievance redressal. HRMS portal manages staff workflows and streamlines administrative processes.

The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) conducted a review of academic and administrative activities across all Government Junior Colleges (GJCs) on November 21, 2025. The review focused on student attendance, staff management, grievance redressal, and preparedness for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) 2026.
B Ajith Reddy, special secretary to the Chief Minister, visited TGBIE headquarters in Nampally, Hyderabad, and examined the functioning of the Command Control Room overseeing the state-wide Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) network. During the visit, he monitored 430 GJCs and interacted with officials regarding student attendance and academic progress.
Ajith Reddy instructed officials to ensure arrangements for Telangana IPE 2026 and strengthen academic outcomes across all GJCs. “He instructed officials to ensure fool-proof arrangements for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) 2026 and to work diligently towards achieving stronger academic outcomes across all Government Junior Colleges,” the press release said.
Officials briefed that the Facial Recognition System (FRS) is operational for recording real-time attendance of students and staff. Ajith Reddy noted that the system has contributed to monitoring staff deployment and maintaining operational records across institutions.
The review further included the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for addressing student grievances. Ajith Reddy observed the process for grievance resolution and discussed improvements to ensure timely responses.
