IBPS PO 2022 prelims exam to begin today; Know important test day guidelines

NEW DELHI: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will start the IBPS PO 2022 exam today at various exam centres across the country. The IBPS PO 2022 exam is to be conducted in a Computer-base mode on October 15 and 16. Candidates can get the detailed information regarding exam day guidelines on the IBPS PO admit card 2022 .

According to the IBPS PO prelims exam pattern 2022, there will be 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying one mark each. The IBPS PO 2022 questions will be asked from sections including Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and English. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Candidates who are appearing for the prelims exam can go through the IBPS PO 2022 exam date instructions and COVID-19 guidelines below.

• Candidates are advised to reach the IBPS PO 2022 exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time as mentioned in the admit card.

• The body temperature of the candidates will be checked with the help of Thermo guns at the entry point of the test centre.

• Rough sheets will be provided at each candidate's desk, and no extra rough sheets will be provided.

• After completion of the IBPS PO prelims exam 2022, candidates will be asked to drop their rough sheets in the box at the exit point.

• Candidates must follow all social distancing norms strictly at the exam centre.

• Items allowed to carry inside the exam centre - Masks, gloves, transparent water bottle, hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle (50 ml), IBPS PO 2022 admit card and any one of the valid original and photocopy of photo identity proof.

Candidates without a valid IBPS PO admit card 2022 and self-declaration form, will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. Therefore, candidates are advised to check all the documents before going to appearing for the IBPS PO 2022 prelims exam.
