NEW DELHI: The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has announced the seat allotment result for the first round of ICAR UG counselling 2024 today, September 6, for admission to agricultural programmes. Candidates who applied for ICAR UG admission 2024 can check their allotment status on the official website, icaradmission.in.

Seat allotted candidates are required to upload documents, response to queries raised by the universities, deposit seat acceptance fee of Rs 10,000, and download provisional admission letter starting from today itself. The universities will verify the uploaded certificates by September 11. The last date to re-submit documents and pay seat acceptance fee is September 12.
Students will be required to upload the following documents which will be required later for reporting to the allotted college:
- Proof of date of birth
- High school or Class 10 or matriculation certificate (if DOB is not mentioned, upload a separate DOB certificate)
- Class 10 and 12 certificates and marksheets or grade reports
- Transfer certificate or school-leaving certificate
- Admit card issued by NTA
- Computer-generated confirmation page of online application submitted to nta (if applicable)
- Rank card issued by ICAR (if applicable)
- Allotment letter issued by ICAR (if applicable)
- Provisional admission letter issued by admitting university
- Passport-size colour photographs (same as those uploaded at the time of online application)
- Aadhaar card or 28-digit Aadhaar enrolment ID or alternative valid government identity proof (passport, ration card, bank passbook, etc.)
- Domicile certificate
- Character certificate from the last attended school
- Category certificate (SC, ST, UPS, OBC (NCL), Gen-EWS)
- Medical certificate for persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) (issued by a medical officer of any government hospital with description of the kind and degree of disability)
