ICSE class 10 exams were conducted from February 17 to March 30, 2026 for 75 subjects. While announcing the exam dates, Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, Chief Executive and Secretary of CISCE said that the timetable was designed to balance academic rigour with student wellbeing, ensuring that preparation time translates into performance, not pressure.

For ICSE Class 10 (ICSE-X) 2026, a total of 2,58,721 candidates appeared for the examination. This included 1,37,503 boys (53.15%) and 1,21,218 girls (46.85%). Out of the total students, 2,56,590 candidates qualified, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 99.18%. Boys recorded a qualified percentage of 98.93% with 1,36,032 students qualifying, while girls achieved a higher qualified percentage of 99.46% with 1,20,558 students qualifying.
CISCE cancelled the ICSE Class 10 board exams 2026 in the UAE due to security concerns. The decision was taken after consulting authorities and it was announced that ICSE Class 10 results will be prepared using internal assessments and practical work.
Steps to check ICSE Class 10 result 2026
- Visit the official website results.cisce.org
- Click on “ICSE Class X Result” link.
- Enter your Unique ID and Index Number
- Fill the captcha and click on submit
- Go through the result and cross-check the details
- Download the same and take its printout for future references
Students will have to collect their marksheets from their respective schools later. In 2025, the results were announced on April 30 for over 2.52 lakh. Out of them, over 2.5 lakh passed, recording a pass percentage of 99.09. Girls’ pass percentage was 99.37%, and boys’ pass percentage was 98.84%.
