Check NowThe Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) 2025 May session result today, May 15. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the ICSI CSEET May 2025 result by visiting the official website, icsi.edu.
The institute has also issued the candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks along with the ICSI CSEET result 2025. Candidates will have to enter their application number and date of birth to log in and download the ICSI CSEET marksheet 2025.
The ICSI CSEET May 2025 marksheet will include key details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, qualifying status, marks obtained in each of the four papers, and the overall marks secured in the exam. The institute will not issue any physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement to the candidates.
“Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test, May, 2025 Session will be uploaded on the website of the Institute: www.icsi.edu immediately after declaration of result for downloading by Candidates for their reference, use and records,” the official notice issued earlier said.
To qualify the ICSI CSEET May 2025 examination, candidates are required to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each of the four individual papers and achieve an overall aggregate of 50% across all papers. Candidates declared qualified in the ICSI CSEET May 2025 exam will be eligible to apply for the CS Executive course.

The institute will soon announce the overall pass percentage for the ICSI CSEET May 2025 result on the official website. Candidates can check the previous years’ pass trends for the ICSI CSEET result 2025 from the table below.
