IIM Raipur starts registration for PG diploma, certificate courses in digital health

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur in collaboration with Digital Health Academy (DHA), a unit under the banner of Digital Health Associates Pvt Ltd, has started the admission process of the postgraduate certificate and diploma programme in Digital Health.

Candidates can enroll in the PG courses by registering on the official website, digitalacademy.health. The early application deadline for submissions is August 25, while the last date to register is September 25.

Candidates aspiring to pursue the diploma programme should hold a graduation or equivalent degree and be 25 years or above as of July 20. “Professional degree holders are exempted from the age criteria. Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement,” the statement said.

Those applying for the PG certificate programme should have a graduation or equivalent degree, along with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in various healthcare roles.

IIM Raipur said that the selection process will be carried out in two stages and candidates will be evaluated based on their profiles, experiences, and potential contributions. “These programmes aim at equipping participants with an in-depth understanding of the digital health sphere, propelling them towards unrivalled career growth and excellence,” the institute said.

The courses span over 53 weeks and offer a comprehensive self-paced learning experience. The online mode of learning ensures flexible learning environment for learners.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will get the executive alumni status of IIM Raipur as well as Digital Health Academy.

IIM Raipur director Ram Kumar Kakani said: “Our first batch of this program in collaboration with DHA has resulted in a very meaningful output as well as lovely testimonials. This prompts us to launch the second batch and we look forward to delivering an equally meaningful engagement with a new group.”

Founder of DHA Rajendra Pratap Gupta said: "Those without formal training in digital health will hit a career block in the next three to five years and so we developed this programme.
