IIM Udaipur hosts second batch of summer programme for MBA aspirants

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur has started a summer pre-Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme in management. This year, the institute hosted the inaugural ceremony of the second batch of the programme.

This two-week programme will run from June 1 to June 14, 2024. This summer management programme batch consists of 150 students from various regions of India. Of these, 72 are female students. As per the institute, students will gain exposure to essential areas like business environment, innovation and entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and business communication.

Students will learn from IIM Udaipur's top faculty, visiting industry experts, and peers from throughout the country in a dynamic, supportive, and thriving academic environment. Participants will have the opportunity to network with faculty and MBA students from IIM Udaipur, the institute said.

According to the official press release, students will be acquainted with teaching methodologies, and upon completion of the programme, they will receive a certificate of participation in management partnership from IIM Udaipur.

In his welcome address, the chairperson of the summer programme in management, Rajesh Agrawal, said, “IIM Udaipur’s summer programme in management is designed to provide a powerful and transformational experience to you.”

Participants will learn from esteemed faculties and industry experts and gain a deep understanding of what it means to be a business manager and leader, he said.

“Beyond the academics, you will have the opportunity to explore Udaipur’s cultural heritage and beauty and create memories with your friends that will stay with you forever,” Agrawal further said.
