IITM Pravartak invites applications for augmented reality, salesforce B2C commerce cloud courses

IITM Pravartak AR, VR programme will begin on June 14, and SFCC on July 20. Interested candidates can apply before the registration deadline.
IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation has invited online applications for augmented reality/virtual reality (AR, VR) and salesforce B2C commerce cloud (SFCC) development programmes. The AR, VR programme is a 60-hour online course, scheduled to begin on June 14.
Interested candidates can register for the AR, VR programme till June 13. The AR, VR programme is offered in partnership with VyVoxel.
According to the official IITM Pravartak statement, the SFCC development programme classes will begin on July 21, and the last date for registration is July 20. Candidates can register for the IITM Pravartak programmes on the official website, digitalskills.pravartak.org.in.
The AR, VR programme as a part of the Digital Skills Academy initiative equips students, graduates, and professionals with skills in technology using tools such as Unity 3D, C# scripting, Vuforia, and the XR Interaction Toolkit. Candidates will also gain experience through hands-on projects involving AR, VR application development for Android, iOS, tablets, and headsets.
“Graduates of previous batches have transitioned into impactful roles in startups, research labs, and enterprise innovation teams across sectors such as healthcare, architecture, simulation, e-commerce, and retail,” the official IITM Pravartak statement said.

IITM Pravartak Salesforce B2C commerce cloud
IIT Madras Pravartak has collaborated with Codenatives to offer SFCC eight week online developer training programme. The programme offers 70 hours of instructor-led training and 130 hours of practical learning. Candidates will receive individual Salesforce sandbox instances to ensure personalised learning. Also, the programme offers flexible timing options suited to Indian, US, and UK time zones.
“The course is tailored to meet growing industry demand for Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud developers and covers critical areas such as SFRA architecture, controller creation, cartridge configuration, ISML templates, custom and system objects, caching, and third-party integrations,” the IIT Madras Pravartak statement adds.
G Veeraraghavan the chief operations officer at IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation, highlighted the need for such courses and said: “Whether you are a student preparing for a tech-forward career, or a professional seeking to pivot into immersive technology, these courses provide the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in this high-growth field.”
