This means that candidates, applying for SSC (NT) Judge Advocate General (JAG) entry scheme 30th course must have a valid score in CLAT 2022 , which will be held on June 19, 2022, in offline mode.
“CLAT (PG) score of the preceding year is being made applicable with effect from April 2023 onwards. Candidates applying for SSC (JAG)-30 course (men and women) (April 2023) and SSC (JAG)-31 course (men and women) (Oct 2023) will be required to provide CLAT (PG) 2022 score” an official statement said.
All candidates applying for SSC (JAG) entry (men and women) should register and appear for CLAT 2022. The last date to apply for CLAT 2022 is May 09, 2022. The application can be filled out and submitted online at the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs).

The requirement of CLAT PG scores for the SSC (NT) JAG entry scheme is in addition to the criterion of 55% aggregate marks in the LLB degree programme, from a university recognised by the Bar Council of India. The candidate should also be eligible to enrol with the Bar Council of India/State. The maximum age limit for SSC (NT) JAG entry scheme is 27 years.
