ISC, ICSE exams 2027 entry confirmation begins at careers.cisce.org; registration starts for 2028

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has started the process for confirming student entries for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) examinations 2027. The council has also begun the registration of students for Class 10 and 12, 2028 examinations.

According to the CISCE notice, schools are required to complete the registration process through the official website at careers.cisce.org.

For the ICSE and ISC, 2027 examinations, schools can complete the process for candidates’ entries by September 15, 2026. Notably, a second confirmation facility will be opened from September 16 to 30, during which schools will have to pay the applicable late fee for each candidate entry.

The registration rules further state that schools can submit requests to correct minor discrepancies in candidate details through the CISCE’s official portal.

Registration for ICSE Class 10, 2028 exam ends on Oct 31

Schools must remember that such requests should be accompanied by the required supporting documents. Head teachers and examination in-charges should have to verify candidates details before confirming the entries, the guidelines read.

Furthermore, the registration process for the ICSE 2028 examination will end by October 31, 2026. Schools missing the deadline will be able to register candidates from November 1 to 15, along with a late fee.

The registration for ISC 2028 examination will be over by November 15, 2026.

The council has also advised schools to adhere to the prescribed timelines and ensure that all eligible candidates are correctly entered. They also have to check that the required information and documents are submitted through the official portal.

The ICSE examination 2026 was conducted between February 17 and March 30, while the results were declared on April 30. The pass percentage for CISCE Class 10 board exams this year stood at 99.18%.

The ISC examination 2026 for Class 12 was held from February 12 to April 6 for nearly 1.5 lakh students. The pass percentage for ISC 12th exams 2026 was recorded at 99.13%.
