JD School of Design starts admission process 2024 at jdsd.in/apply-online; courses offered

Students can apply for PG and UG programmes offered by JD School of Design till May 20.
NEW DELHI: JD School of Design has started the admissions process for the academic year 2024 for its undergraduate and postgraduate design programmes. Students can apply for the JD School of Design admission 2024 on the official website, jdsd.in/apply-online, till May 20. The institute is affiliated to universities such as Bengaluru City University and Goa University. It also has collaboration with Sunrise University.
JD School of Design offers four courses in fashion, three in interior design, two in visual arts, and two diploma courses. The institute is conducting the admission for BSc in Fashion and Apparel Design, BSc in Interior Design and Decoration, MA in User Experience and Interaction Design and other programmes. Students can also apply for courses in specialised fields such as jewellery design, graphic design and product design.
Eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for the UG programmes should have cleared Class 12 in any stream with at least 40% from a recognised board. Those applying for PG programmes should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a UGC recognised institute. Students diploma courses should have cleared Class 10 from a recognised board.

Students admitted into the programmes will get real-world exposure through factory visits, guest lectures by industry leaders, insightful seminars and hands-on workshops. The institution provides a holistic learning approach by blending theoretical knowledge with practical application, JD School of Design said.
It added “Under the mentorship of esteemed faculty members, students develop a vast array of skills. Modern classrooms, design labs, and workshops equipped with cutting-edge technologies foster a world-class learning environment, empowering students to experiment, refine their design thinking, and master practical skills.”
