JEE Main 2021 3rd session is scheduled for July 20, 22, 25 and 27. Many students welcomed the decision and thanked the minister. However, several students said that it would only waste time as the third wave of COVID-19 is expected in the country.

Thank you Sir ...Thank You so Much for this decision...This was the best relief a Jee Dropper would have.

Another Twitter user expressed how happy he was with the decision and said that the minister deserved “the famous CR7 (Cristiano Ronaldo) commentary”.
"Oo my goodness ,this is something close to genius , he has turned the time around all by himself . Mount to climb and he has hit the peak already ".

Another student thanked the minister for increasing the gap between JEE Main 3rd and 4th sessions.
Thank you for increasing the gap between the two sessions thereby correcting the disastrous mistake of your predecessor. A lot of students will be very relieved at this student friendly decision.

As there are indications of the third wave of COVID-19, several students said that the further extension of JEE Main 2021 fourth session was a waste of time.
Very poor decision sir. Lots of frustration already from postponed exams and studying for way longer than usual. Another month and results into September-21 followed by #jeeadvanced will cause loads of stress and fatigue.

Another student expressed his disappointment and said that the rescheduling of JEE Main 4th session dates will only add stress to candidates.
Disappointed.. Further delaying such exam would surely increase mental stress and frustration to sincere students who are preparing since very long and desperately waiting for jee exams to concluded at earliest so that they can focus on other priorities..

Another Twitter user, Vaibhav, said that the decision was “absolutely unnecessary”. He also said that “there was no use of the 4th session; only 3 sessions were sufficient”.
This was absolutely not needed there was no need of 4th attempt in covid only 3 attempts would have been fine
