NEW DELHI: The Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) shift 1 Paper 1- BTech, BE paper held today January 30 had the easiest chemistry, easy to moderate physics paper and a moderately tough mathematics paper. The morning shift was conducted between 9 am to 12 noon and was held for a total of 300 marks. The JEE Main 2023 BTech paper, as per students of FIITJEE was easier than last year and was a balanced paper. The difficulty level of the JEE paper 1 was of moderate level with questions covering almost all chapters of CBSE Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus.

"In terms of order of Difficulty – Maths was Moderately Tough while Physics was Easy to Moderate Level, while Chemistry was Easy. Overall, this paper was Moderate level as per students," Ramesh Batlish Head, FIITJEE Noida said.
