NEW DELHI: The Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) registration window for the April 2023 exam will close tomorrow, April 12. Candidates yet to apply online can register online at the National Testing Agency (NTA) website -- jeemain.nta.nic.in by 9 pm tomorrow. The JEE Main application window for the second edition of the exam opened on February 15 for the BTech and BE aspirants.

Although the JEE Main application window will close at 9 pm tomorrow, candidates can pay the registration fee online by 11:50 pm.
Candidates who have applied and paid the JEE Main 2023 session 1 exam fee and wish to appear for JEE Main 2023 session 2 will have to log in with their previous application number and password as provided in session 1. The candidates will have to choose the paper, medium

The candidates, NTA while announcing the JEE Main 2023 registration date said, are not allowed to fill more than one application form. Any candidate with more than one JEE Main 2023 session 2 application number will be treated as using unfair means (UFM), even if found later, and strict action will be taken against that candidate.
These are the steps a candidate must follow to register online for JEE Main April exam:
Step 1: Go to the official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the registration link
Step 3: Fill in your details such as name, educational qualifications, etc, and register
Step 4: Upload scanned photograph and signature
Step 5: Pay the JEE Main 2023 application fees
Step 6: Download the confirmation page and take its print out for future reference.
JEE Main April exam will be held between April 6 and April 12. The engineering entrance exams will be conducted in two shifts -- first shift from 9 am to 12 pm and second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.
