NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the shift 1 of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 January 24 exam at 9 am today. NTA JEE Mains 2025 day 3 exam will be conducted in two shifts – shift 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm. Candidates appearing for BE, BTech paper 1 exams will be given 3 hours to attempt the exam.

In the latest update, NTA has moved the JEE Main 2025 exam centres in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh to Varanasi in view of Mahakumbh for candidates appearing on January 28, 29, and 30.

The NTA has instructed candidates to ensure that the JEE Main question paper available on the computer allotted to them is as per the opted subject and medium. In case if it is different from the one opted, they are advised to inform the invigilator immediately.
The NTA will allow candidates to enter inside the exam centre for JEE Main January 24 shift 1 from 7 am to 8:30 am. The NTA has changed the JEE Mains exam centre for candidates who have opted for Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Such candidates will appear in the Varanasi exam centre for January 28, 29, and 30 exams.
Candidates will not be permitted entry inside the exam centre without the JEE Mains hall ticket. Students are required to fill the self-declaration form given on page 1 and carry it along with the admit card. The undertaking is signed by the candidates to inform the NTA about any COVID-19 symptoms, details of quarantine, travel history.
