Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has answered the Frequently-Asked Questions on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025. Students can check the answers on the engineering entrance exam on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The last date to apply for JEE Main 2025 session 1 exam is November 22.

The testing agency also announced the application correction dates. Candidates will be able to edit their details in the JEE Main 2025 application from November 26 to 27. The first session of the exam is scheduled from January 22 to 31 for admission to engineering and architecture programmes at the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), IIITs, and other participating institutes.

Choice of exam cities? |
The choice of exam cities will be displayed based on the permanent and present address filled during registration. Candidates abroad can choose cities in nearby countries or any city in India. |

Aadhaar authentication is optional, but candidates are advised to update it with recent details for verification. |

Use of scribe? |
Candidates must fill out details in the certificate of undertaking (Appendix IV and VI). Roll number, centre name, district, and state should be left blank for filling at the exam centre. |

What will be the medium of JEE Main 2025 exam? |
The exam will be conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. |

No, only the category certificate number, date of issue, and issuing authority need to be filled in the application form. |

What if a fee payment fails during the transaction? |
Candidates must pay the fee again and download the confirmation page. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed after the JEE Main 2025 result is declared. |
