According to students’ reactions, the maths paper was less lengthy as compared to the January session, and the physics and chemistry paper was moderately difficult.

The overall difficulty level of the physics section was 'moderate.' The questions from physics were as well as trickier as compared to maths and chemistry. Moreover, as per experts, JEE Mains 2025 April 2 shift 1 paper was harder as compared to JEE Mains 2025 session 1 exam.

The overall difficulty level of the maths section was moderate, and the questions were doable. As per subject experts mathematics section was relatively easy as compared to chemistry and physics.

JEE Mains 2025 session 2 upcoming exam dates
The upcoming JEE Mains 2025 session 2 exam will be held on April 3, 4, 7 for paper 1 BE, BTech in two shifts. However, the April 8, paper 1 will be held in a single shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. NTA will conduct the JEE Mains paper 2 on April 9 in single shift only from 9 am to 12 pm.
The cutoff of JEE Main 2025 will be released only after results are declared for JEE Main 2025 session 2 result. . The expected cutoff for the General category candidates is 95+, 83+ for OBC, 85+ for EWS, 65+ for SC, and 50+ for ST.
