Try NowNEW DELHI: The cut-offs for BArch programme at the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) saw an increase for candidates from other states over the last three years. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main paper 2 result 2024 for Bachelor in Architecture programme will be declared soon on the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.

The highest JEE Main cut-off at which an NIT closed admission to BArch programme last year was 163 at NIT Calicut. Once JEE Main 2024 paper 2 result is declared after the final session, the NITs will release category-wise and gender-wise cut-offs for the 5-year BArch programme. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will then conduct the counselling process for BArch admissions 2024. There will be six rounds of JoSAA counselling 2024.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the first session of JEE Main 2024 paper 2 on January 24 in the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. The overall attendance of JEE Main paper 2 stood at 75 percent this year, as per NTA. Over 74,000 students registered for the exam, of which, 55,493 appeared for paper 2A and 2B.
