Students who took the JEE Mains 2023 exam have demanded the removal of the 75 percent eligibility criteria. On Twitter, they have also demanded for a third attempt of JEE Mains 2023 exam in June 2023.

No, rechecking in JEE Main 2023 exam is not allowed. The result announced by NTA is the final result. 

Yes, NTA can withhold results of candidates found using unfair means in the exam. Last year, JEE Main results of 5 candidates were withheld. 

NTA said that if a candidate indulges in unfair means or cheating, they will be booked under the UNFAIR MEANS (UFM) case and may be debarred for three years in the future. The candidate “shall also be liable for criminal action and /or any other action as deemed fit.”

“The result of JEE (Main) - 2023 of the candidate(s) who indulge in Unfair means Practices will be cancelled and will not be declared.
