NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2025) session 1 results today at around 5 pm. The JEE Main result link 2025 has been hosted on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, for nearly 13 lakh candidates who appeared in BE, BTech paper 1 exams. As per the JEE Mains results 2025 , a total of 13,78,232 candidates registered for the national-level engineering entrance exams for both paper 1 and paper 2. Out of them, 13,00,273 appeared for both papers. Like last year, a majority of 12,58,136 aspirants sat for JEE Main BE, BTech paper 1.

A total of 42,137 students took the JEE Main BArch and BPlanning paper 2 exam on January 30 in the second shift from 3 pm to 6.30 pm. The NTA conducted the exam in computer-based test (CBT) mode, except for drawing test for paper 2, which was held in "pen and paper" offline mode.

JEE Mains paper 2 result date 2025

“The NTA Scores/ Results of Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) are being declared today. The results of JEE (Main) -2025 Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) will be declared later,” the NTA JEE Main results 2025 notification read.

Students will be admitted to an architecture course provided they qualify the JEE Main BArch paper 2 and fulfill the eligibility criteria. Such candidates should have passed the Class 12 board exam with at least 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, and mathematics or cleared the 10+3 diploma exam with mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

JEE Mains session 2 exams 2025

The JEE Main registration 2025 for session 2 exams is open. Candidates who are not satisfied with the results in session 1 will be able to apply for the JEE Main 2nd attempt before February 24 through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The NTA will hold the JEE Main session 2 exams from April 1 to 8. It is expected that the NTA will administer the exam in 618 centres in 304 cities, including 15 cities outside India for session 2 as well. Those who have already given their first attempt will also be allowed to appear for both paper 1 and paper 2 in JEE Mains April session.

If a candidate chooses to appear in both the sessions, the best of the JEE Main 2025 NTA scores will be considered for preparing the merit list and JEE Main AIR rank list.

JEE Main cut-off 2025, final result

The NTA will announce the category-wise JEE Mains cut-offs 2025 for JEE Advanced 2025 exam, to be held by IIT Kanpur on May 18, along with the final results after the completion of session 2 exams.

The JEE Main final results 2025 will also be declared on the official websites, jeemain.nta.nic.in and examinationservices.nic.in. The final JEE Main results and All India Rank (AIR) will be used for admission in BE, BTech, BArch, BPlanning admissions in IITs, NITs, CFTIs, and other top engineering colleges.
