NEW DELHI: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will soon launch the admission portal for undergraduate (UG) admission 2022 through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2022). Now that the CUET UG 2022 scorecard is out on the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in, central universities and other participating institutes will also start announcing the schedule and admission process for UG admission 2022.
After the CUET results 2022 were declared by the National Testing Agecny, the JNU deputy registrar- Admission, Jagdish Singh, issued a notice stating, “Consequent upon the declaration of CUET UG 2022 by NTA, the admission branch is processing data, details of candidates provided by the NTA and shall open the portal shortly on JNU website for candidates seeking admission in JNU to fill application form by paying processing fee.”
The NTA has shared the scorecards of all candidates with the participating universities. UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar on Friday clarified that the rank lists will be prepared by universities using normalised NTA CUET scores and not the basis of percentile.

Meanwhile, Delhi University has begun the DU admission 2022 registration for UG programmes on September 12 through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
JNU has been conducting the JNU entrance examination (JNUEE) since 2019 for admission to the courses offered. However, after the CUET was introduced, the university in January this year agreed to admit students based on CUET 2022 scores.
