JNVST 2024: NVS extends registration deadline for Class 6 selection test

The application for JNV selection test Class 6 will close on August 17.
NEW DELHI: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has extended the deadline to register for the Class 6 entrance test. Earlier scheduled to end tomorrow, August 10, the application for JNV selection test Class 6 will now end on August 17. Students will get another week to register and fill the NVS application form 2024 Class 6.

“The last date to submit online application form for class VI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2024 is extended up to 17.08.2023,” a statement on the navodaya.gov.in read.
The JNVST Class 6 application form can be accessed by the students on the official website of the samiti on navodaya.gov.in. The JNVST Class 6 exam date is not announced yet.
A candidate will be allowed to apply for JNVST only once. During verification of the registration data, if it is found that the candidate had applied in previous years, the candidature of the student will be rejected, it added.
NVS Registration 2024 Class 6: How to apply
Follow these steps to register for JNVST Class 6 exam:
Step 1: Visit the official website— navodaya.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage click on the ‘NVS class VI registration’ link.
Step 3: Complete the registration process.
Step 4: Fill up the JNVST application form 2024 Class 6.
Step 5: Pay the application fees and submit.
Step 6: Download the confirmation page and keep a printout of it for further use.
It has been asked to keep the following scanned copies ready before starting filling the JNVST 2024 application form in JPG Format only.
- Candidate's signature
- Parent's signature
- Candidate's photograph
- Certificate signed by parent and candidate and verified by Headmaster
- Residence Certificate of the parent Issued by competent Government Authority if candidate does not possess Aadhaar Number
