JoSAA Counselling 2023: Top 20 cut-offs of IITs; know closing ranks for BTech last year

NEW DELHI: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority 2023 (JoSAA) round 1 seat allotment was published recently for students who qualified the Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced (JEE Advanced) exam this year. Admission to Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) are done through the JoSAA counselling.
Top 8 positions of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF 2023) by the ministry of education were bagged by IITs under the engineering category. IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad were the institutes in the top 10 NIRF rankings 2023.
Based on the choices filled, seat availability and JEE Advanced score 2023, the JoSAA counselling allotment list is published. The JoSAA round 2 seat allotment 2023 will be published on July 6.
The facility to withdraw and exit from allocation of seats for round 2 will be open from July 7 to 11. Following this, the round 3 allotment result will be declared on July 12.
