KCET 2024 counselling: Registration for medical courses closes tomorrow; document verification dates

NEW DELHI : The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will close the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024 counselling registration 2024 for medical, dental, and AYUSH courses tomorrow. August 19. The KCET 2024 registration window will remain active until 10 am. Candidates who have already linked their roll number can register and pay the counseling fee, while candidates who have qualified for NEET UG 2024 can register themselves through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
“On the request of the candidates and parents, online portal is once again opened from 6.00 pm on 16-08-2024 till 10.00 am on 19-08-2024, for new registration and to link UG NEET roll number by the already registered UGCET 2024 candidates. Interested candidates who have qualified in UG NEET 2024 can register and apply online and pay the fees. (Already registered need not register again),” said KEA in an official notification.
KCET 2024 Counselling: Document verification dates
Candidates in OCI, PIO, NRI, foreign nationals, NRI ward, and categories from 2 to 8, at St John Medical College in Bangalore, are required to appear in person on August 19 from 11 am to 2 pm for the document verification at the KEA office. Candidates are required to bring all necessary original documents as per their eligibility.
As per the KEA official website, candidates who were not able to attend the document verification between August 7 and 9 or August 12 and 15, can also reappear for verification on August 19 with all necessary documentation.

KCET 2024 registration and document verificatio n: Candidates have to register online on the official website and appear for document verification.

KCET choice filling 2024 : Candidates have to log in using unique IDs and passwords and fill out their preference of colleges and courses.

KCET seat allotment 2024 : Eligible candidates have to download the KCET seat allotment letter.

Reporting to allotted college : To confirm admission, candidates need to report to the allotted college on the mentioned date and time as mentioned in the letter.
