This year 2,581 schools record 100% pass percentage out of which 951 government schools recorded 100%, 1,291 aided schools and 439 unaided schools got full percentage.

Students who are not satisfied with their Kerala SSLC exams 2023 can apply for supplementary exams. The exams will be held from June 7 to 14. 

In a total of 8 centres in Lakshadweep, 289 students appeared for exams out of which 283 students passed the exam. The overall pass percentage stood at 97.92%. 4 centres recorded a 100% pass percentage. 

While announcing Kerala 10th result 2023, the education minister expressed condolences to student Sarang, who died in an accident recently. He scored full A+ marks in SSLC exams. He also gave his organ for donation and 6 people benefitted from it, the minister informed. 

A total of 2581 schools recorded a pass percentage of 100 percent in Kerala SSLC exams 2023 this year which is 447 schools more as compared to last year. While 951 government schools recorded 100%, 1,291 aided schools and 439 unaided schools got full percentage. 

In gulf centres, 518 students wrote Kerala SSLC exams 2023. Of this, 504 students passed the exam. The pass percentage stood at 97.3%. 

Revenue district with most pass percentage is Kannur with 99.94%. whereas Wayanad has the lowest pass percentage of 98.41%. 

Pala, Muvattupuzha district recorded the highest pass percentage of 100 percent this year in Kerala Class 10 board exams 2023. Wayanad district recorded the lowest pass percentage of 98.41%. 

In Kerala 10th result 2023, a total of 68,604 students have scored full A+ marks. Last year, the number of students getting A+ was 44,363. 

Of the 4,19,128 students who appeared for Kerala Class 10 board exams 2023, 4,17,864 students passed the exam.

Kerala SSLC exams 2023 were conducted at 2,960 centres. A total of 4,19,128 students wrote the exam. 195 SSLC private students appeared, 2,914 students wrote THSLC exam whereas 60 students wrote AHSLC exam.

In Kerala 10th result last year, a total of 275 students appeared for the Class 10 exam out of which 206 passed. The overall pass percentage of private students stood at 74.91%.

Last year, a total of 44,363 students got full A plus marks in Kerala 10th exams. A total of 4,26,469 regular students appeared for the SSLC exam including 2,18,560 boys out of which 4,23,303 students passed the exam.

In Kerala 10th result 2023, if a student scores between 90-100 marks, he or she will be awarded an A+ grade. 

The overall pass percentage of Kerala Class 10 students was 99.26%. The percentage rose gradually over the years from 94.17% in 2015 to 99.47% in 2021. However, it dropped to 99.26% in 2022. 

The draft National Curriculum Framework (NCF) proposes Class 12 board exams twice a year, semester system, and choice-based credit courses instead of 3 different streams.

The Kerala General Education Department, in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha Kerala, will open 210 skill development centres which will provide skill development training to students according to their aptitude and future job opportunities. Any student under the age of 21 who dropped out of school will be able to apply for courses at the centres.

The Kerala government has banned classes during summer vacation at all government, aided and unaided schools at the primary, secondary, higher secondary, vocational higher secondary levels. The Kerala Class 10 exams were held from March 9 and March 29.

Kerala SCERT had formed a committee to look into NCERT’s rationalised syllabus which has then decided to teach these dropped portions to children.
