KL University Admission 2026: Registration for BTech, MBA, LLB begins; exams from January 3

The last date to register for KLEEE, KLECET, and KLMAT 2026 phase 2 examinations is January 2.
Koneru Lakshmaiah Deemed to be University has opened applications for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctoral courses for the academic year 2026. Students seeking lateral entry admission can also submit their applications through the official website, kluniversity.in.
The phase 2 exam for KLEEE, KLMAT, KLHAT, KLSAT, and KLECET will be held from January 3 to 5, 2026. The last date to register for phase 2 examinations is January 2. The admit card for the KL entrance exams will be issued from January 2 to 4, one day before the exam date.
The university offers admissions to courses in engineering, management, science, law, pharmacy, architecture, humanities, and fine arts at its main campuses in Vijayawada and Hyderabad.
Admission will be granted to candidates based on their KL entrance examination score and a personal interview conducted by the university.
KLEEE phase 2 registration to close by January 2
The University accepts scores of entrance exams such as the KL Engineering Entrance Exam (KLEEE)/ JEE Main / JEE Advanced/ State Level Engineering Entrance Exams, including EAMCET, KL Management Admission Test (KLMAT)/ NATA.
Candidates applying for B.Tech and B.Arch must have passed Class 12 with at least 60% marks, with PCM or PCB as required. For BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, and B.Sc programmes, a minimum of 55% in Class 12 is required.
For MBA admission, candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks and a valid score from exams such as KLMAT, AP-ICET, TG-ICET, CAT , or MAT.

KLEEE is a 3-hour test consisting of 75 questions covering mathematics, physics, and chemistry. KLSAT, also 3-hour long, includes 160 questions from biology, physics, and chemistry.
KLHAT and KLMAT are 90-minute exams, each covering sections of English, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and general knowledge, with a total of 75 questions.
KL University is offering scholarships worth Rs 100 crore to eligible students. Such scholarships are awarded based on a student's performance in entrance exams (such as KLEEE or JEE ) and the marks they obtain in their intermediate exams.
