Lovely Professional University (LPU) has announced the National Entrance and Scholarship Test (NEST) 2026 schedule and started the registration process. Slot booking will begin from December 10. The last date to apply and book slots for LPUNEST 2026 is January 16, 2026. Aspirants can fill the registration form on the official website, lpu.in/nest/.

LPUNEST 2026 will be held from January 20 to February 5 in test centre-based mode and from January 10 to February 5 in remotely-proctored mode for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Students will be required to pay Rs 1,000 for the soft copy of LPUNEST kit and Rs 1,500 for the printed copy.
As per the eligibility criteria, students who have completed or are appearing for 10+2 examination from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), state board or any other council, institution, college etc., declared recognised by the Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE) or any other concerned apex body are eligible.
The LPUNEST 2026 result will be declared on February 8 and the counselling process will start the same day.
As per LPUNEST 2026 question paper pattern, the duration of exam will be 150 minutes or 2.5 hours. The question paper will comprise multiple choice questions (MCQs) and fill in the blanks. The exam will be held for a total of 400 marks. Candidates will be required to select four subjects from English, physics, chemistry, and biology or mathematics.
