The Maharashtra board commenced a press conference today to announce the Maharashtra 10th result 2023.

A total of 151 students achieved a perfect score of 100 percent. Here is the breakdown by region:

• Latur: 108 students
• Aurangabad: 22 students
• Amravati: 7 students
• Mumbai: 6 students
• Pune: 5 students
• Konkan: 3 students

Out of all the students who appeared for the exams, 93.83% were able to pass and achieve the required marks. Konkan district has achieved the highest pass percentage of 98.11%.

The 10th SSC result 2023 of Maharashtra board was declared at 1 pm today.

If SSC students are not satisfied with their results, they have the option to apply for result verification by paying a fee.

The overall pass percentage of Class 10 students has dropped by 3.11 points compared to last year. This year, 93.83% students have been declared pass while it was 96.94% last year.

A total of 4,89,455 students have achieved distinction in Maharashtra board Class 10 exams 2023. 5,26,210 students got first division, 3,34,015 got second and 85,298 third. 

Konkan district has recorded the highest pass percentage of 98.11 percent in Maharashtra 10th result 2023. Nagpur has recorded the lowest. 

This year too, girls have recorded higher pass percentage of 95.87% than boys. 

A total of 6,800 schools have recorded 100% pass percentage this year in Maharashtra Class 10 board exams.

Around 0.95 lakh students dropped out of schools after the year 2022 in Maharashtra state. 

According to an analysis by the Ministry of Education, Maharashtra board has 9% of all Indian students at the SSC level and 10% of students at the HSC level. It is behind only UP and CBSE boards in number of students.

Students will have to score at least 33% marks in a subject to pass Rajasthan Board Class 10 board exams which makes it 26 marks out of 80.
