NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad will conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 on November 28, 2021. Approximately 2.31 lakh candidates have registered for CAT 2021. With such a high number of candidates appearing for CAT this year and limited seats at IIM, the competition will be tough. According to recent media reports, CAT 2021 is likely to have fewer questions and the format of the test will remain the same as last year.
As per the CAT paper pattern , there will be three shifts of 2-hour examination comprising three sections - Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. Candidates will be given 40 minutes for each section, PwD candidates will get 13 minutes and 20 seconds extra for each section.
