MCC NEET UG counselling 2024 registration last date today; round 1 choice locking from 4 pm

MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: Round 1 seat allotment for MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing admissions will be declared on August 23 through the official website, mcc.nic.in.

Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will close the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) counselling registration and choice filling facility today for round 1. Candidates who have a valid score in the medical entrance exam will have to exercise the NEET UG counselling 2024 registration and choice filling and locking facilities to be considered for MBBS, BDS admissions.
The MCC NEET UG counselling registration link 2024 has been hosted on the official website, mcc.nic.in. As per the schedule, the NEET UG choice locking facility will begin at 4 pm today and will be available till 11.55 pm. After the aspirants lock the choices in the order of preference, the MCC will process the round 1 seat allotment between August 21 to 22. The NEET UG counselling round 1 seat allotment results on August 23.
As per the admission policy, 15% All India Quota seats, 100% MBBS, BDS seats of BHU open category, 100% MBBS seats of AIIMS across India, JIPMER, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) among others will be filled through MCC NEET counselling.
“Once choice is filled in, it can be modified before locking it. During the choice locking period, it is necessary to lock the choices to get a print of your submitted choices. If a candidate does not lock the choice submitted by him/her, it will be automatically locked as per schedule,” the MCC said.
After the round 1 process is complete, the MCC will begin the NEET UG round 2 counselling registration from September 5. There will be a total of four rounds of counselling for MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing and UG medical courses.
