NEW DELHI, JUNE 30: DTE Maharashtra has released the round 1 seat allotment of MHT CET 2018 on June 30 after 10 pm. MHT CET seat allotment process is being conducted in online mode through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). The shortlisted candidates will have to download their allotment letter and report at notified centres to select their preferred option (freeze, float or slide) for the allotted seat.

The seat allotment of MHT CET is being conducted in three rounds. The second and third round result of seat allotment will be released on July 9 and 17 respectively.
What after seat allotment?
Candidates, who have been allotted seat in first round, follow the mentioned below steps:
Report at Admission Reporting Centre (ARC)
Download the provisional allotment letter and report at the nearest Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) to confirm the allotment. Candidates can also select the options like Freeze, Float and Slide, if they want to participate in the further round of allotment.
Freeze: Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seats and do not want to participate in the further rounds need to select this option. This option will confirm their seat and will not be allowed to participate in further rounds.
Slide: With the help of this option, candidates who wish to accept the seat allotted to them, also open for upgradation into a higher preferred course in the same institute, need to opt for this option. Incase candidates are allotted in a higher preferred course during the next round, then their previous allotment will be cancelled.
Float: Candidates who wish to upgrade to a higher preferred choice of course at any institute will have to select this option. With this option their earlier allotment will be cancelled if their choice of higher course is allotted to them.
