MP BTech Seat Allotment Result 2024: The deadline to download the allotment letter and complete document verification at the allotted institute is September 6.
NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Madhya Pradesh, will announce the seat allotment results for the Madhya Pradesh Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and Bachelor of Engineering (BE) round 2 counselling 2024 tomorrow, September 3. Candidates who participated in the MP BTech 2024 counselling can download the MP BTech round 2 seat allotment letter by visiting the official website, dte.mponline.gov.in.
Candidates will be allotted seats based on their Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main score, college preference and seat availability. Candidates will have to enter their application number and date of birth to log in and download the MP BTech seat allotment letter 2024. The last date to download the allotment letter and exercise the document verification at the allotted institute is September 6.
After MP BTech round 2 counselling 2024, the institute will conduct college-level counselling (CLS) for the remaining seats. The counselling will be conducted first on the basis of the JEE mains score and later on the entrance exam score.
As per the official schedule, the seat allotment result for MP Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) round 2 counselling 2024 will be out today at 5 pm on the official website. The MP BArch college-level counselling for the vacant seats will also begin today.

MP BTech Seat Allotment 2024: Next admission process
After the MP BTech seat allotment 2024 results out, candidates will have the option to choose between an upgraded seat and internal branch sliding.

Option 1: Candidates who are not satisfied with their allotted seat can opt for an upgrade, but only if they applied using JEE Main 2024 scores. This option is unavailable for those applying with qualifying exam scores.

Option 2: Candidates can choose an internal branch sliding within the same institute if seats are available due to vacancies or dropouts. To use this option, a portal fee of Rs.100 is required.
If seats remain vacant, a special round of DTE MP counselling and seat allotment 2024 will be held for government, private, self-financed, and government-funded institutes. This round will be based on JEE Main 2024 and Class 12 merit. Another round of counselling will be conducted for private institutes if seats are still available.
