MP NEET PG Counselling 2024: Registration will open only once for all rounds, say officials

NEW DELHI: Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test postgraduate (MP NEET PG 2024) counselling registration for all PG medical seats, MD, MS, in all government, autonomous, and private medical colleges of the state has begun from October 2. Candidates who have qualified the NEET PG 2024 with a valid percentile will be eligible to register for MP NEET combined PG counselling 2024 through the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.
The Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh informed candidates that the MP NEET PG counselling registration 2024 window usually is made available twice - once before the first phase of counselling and again before mop-up or third round counselling.
However, after a virtual meeting with the NBEMS, MCC, NMC, and considering the change introduced in NEET PG exam pattern, the officials decided to open the MP NEET PG counselling registration facility only once this year.
“Therefore, all the interested candidates of State Level Joint Counseling NEET PG 2024-25 are informed that the facility of registration for such counselling will be given only once (before the first phase),” the official notice read.

To register, applicants will have to create a profile by entering a secret key - a combination of NEET PG application number and year of birth. It can also be a combination of “NEET application number + 0 + NEET score”. “If any students who got NEET scores in double and single digits are advised to add more 0 accordingly. Ex- If NEET Score in double digits add 00. If score in a single digit add 000,” it added.
Meanwhile, MP NEET MDS counselling registration for the stray vacancy round will begin from October 5. The last date to apply for the counselling is October 8.
