NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is yet to release the application form of India's single largest medical entrance exam, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET 2021. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, medical students who are planning for the entrance exam are continuously demanding NEET 2021 postponement on various social media platforms. However, the NTA has made no official statement as to when NEET 2021 registration will commence and whether or not the medical test will be postponed.

So far, NEET 2021 has been scheduled to be held on August 1 in pen and paper mode for over 15 lakh medical aspirants. Through NEET-UG 2021 scores, 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 BVSc and AH, 1899 AIIMS and 249 JIPMER seats will be granted. Additionally, from this year forth, the scores of the NEET entrance exam will also be used for BSc Nursing and BSc Life Sciences admissions. NEET 2021 application form: How to apply

Please note that the NTA has not released the application form of NEET UG 2021 yet. Candidates are advised to follow the steps given below after the commencement of the registration process.

  • After the release of the application form, visit the official website which is ntaneet.nic.in

  • Login and fill NEET application form 2021

  • Upload photograph, signature and other documents

  • Pay NEET application fee

  • Print confirmation page for future reference.

NOTE: The application fee for NEET-UG 2021 can be paid through debit, credit card, netbanking or UPI.

Things to keep ready before NEET 2021 registrations

Candidates are advised to keep the below mentioned documents and details ready before the release of the NEET-UG application form 2021.

  • An active mobile number and a valid email address

  • Aadhaar number

  • Class XII roll number issued by the Board

  • Election card (EPIC No.)

  • Ration card

  • Bank account passbook with photograph

  • Passport number or number of any other photo identity card issued by the Government

  • Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph. (Specifications for the same will be mentioned in the NEET 2021 brochure).
