Issue notice only wrt petitioner 1 & 2 who are in their 7th & 8th month of pregnancy respectively. Sr Adv Kavin Gulati requests for considering change of centres for them. List the matter on Thursday as first item on board.
Senior Advocate Kavin Gulati, appearing for the doctors said, “On 06.08.2021, they (National Board of Examination) said that the new candidates who had filled were allowed to chose the centres and not the ones who had filled the form and were eligible earlier.”
