NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) yesterday announced the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) results on the official website, natboard.edu.in. Along with the NEET PG results 2023, the NBE had also announced the cut-off, toppers list at nbe.edu.in. Candidates who qualified the exam will be able to download NEET PG 2023 scorecard through the NBE official website on or after March 25, 2023.

NEET PG 2023 is single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission PG medical courses for the academic session 2023-24 which includes 50% All India Quota seats for all states and union territories of India, state quota seats, all private medical colleges, Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions and post MBBS DNB courses, direct 6 years DrNB courses and post MBBS NBEMS diploma courses.
Medical aspirants must note that the five institutes not covered under centralized admissions for MD, MS seats through NEET PG 2023-24.
1. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS)
2. Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER Chandigarh)
3. Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER Puducherry)
4. National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS Bengaluru)
5. Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum
No state medical universities are allowed to conduct their own entrance exam for medical PG admission 2023. The NEET PG 2023 score is valid for the current admission session 2023-24, the NBE said.

NEET PG AIQ rank 2023
The NBE said that the NEET PG 2023 merit list for All India 50% quota seats will be declared separately.
All India 50% quota rank : This is the overall merit position of the candidate amongst all the candidates who have appeared in the NEET PG 2023 and are eligible for All India 50% quota counselling.
All India 50% quota category rank : This is the overall merit position of the candidate in the category - OBC, SC, ST, EWS - as opted by the candidate in the NEET PG 2023 among the candidates of the same category who are eligible for All India 50% quota counseling and is valid only for All India 50% quota MD/MS/PG Diploma course.

NEET PG 2023 cut-off
Candidates securing less than NEET PG cut-off percentile will not be considered for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma courses and no rank will be given to such candidates.

Different states have different eligibility criteria and reservation policies. The state government or the state counselling authorities will develop their own application forms as per the requirements based on their eligibility criteria, reservation policies, and benefits to in-service candidates.
