NBE cancels tendering process for conduct of NEET PG, MDS, FMGE, other entrance exams

Use NowNEW DELHI: National Board of Examinations Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has decided to ‘annul’ the tendering process for all medical entrance examinations such as National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - postgraduate (NEET PG), NEET MDS, Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) due to no bidders has participated. “No queries in this regard shall be entertained,” it said.
The NBE conducts PG medical entrance exams pan India. The examinations are held for admission in more than 1,000 accredited institutions all over the county which offers training in 99 subjects, covering both broad post MBBS and post diploma and super specialties with more than 7,000 students taking admission in a year.
The last date for submission of sealed bids was October 3, however, as the board did not receive any submission, the tendering process has been annulled.
