The National Board of Examinations (NBEMS) is expected to declare NEET PG results 2024 at the end of this month.
NEET PG result 2024 for the exam held on August 11 will be published on the official website of NBE, natboard.edu.in. The medical board will use the normalization process used by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi to prepare the results as the medical entrance exam was conducted in two shifts.
Through NEET PG 2024 scores, students will get admission to various Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) programmes such as general medicine, general surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, among others. Once the results are declared, the admissions will be conducted through a counselling process organized by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for central quota seats and state counselling committees for the state quota ones.
Last year, the highest NEET PG cut-off at which a college closed admission to the MD in Gynaecology programme was 460 at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital (VMMC), New Delhi.
