NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG 2023) results were declared yesterday by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to medical courses. This year, a total of 2,73,819 students appeared from Maharashtra, out of which 1,31,008 students qualified. On the other hand, 2,67,383 students from Uttar Pradesh appeared, of which 1,39,961 students cleared the medical entrance exam. Overall the number of NEET registration increased from nearly 16 lakh last year to over 20 lakh this year.

The NEET result links 2023 are active on the NTA official website, neet.nta.nic.in. There are three NEET 2023 result links to download the scorecard. Now that the NEET results are declared, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the NEET UG counselling schedule.

After UP and Mahrashtra, the largest number of candidates registered for NEET were from Rajasthan, followed by Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka respectively.
