NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) results are out on Tuesday, June 13. Along with the NEET UG results 2023, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has also issued the all India ranks and toppers. Andhra Pradesh boy Bora Varun Chakravarthi has shared the top rank with Prabanjan J of Tamil Nadu by obtaining a perfect 720 marks with 99.9999019 percentile score in NEET UG 2023.

Sharing the preparation and success mantra, the NEET AIR 1 topper Bora Varun Chakravarthi said: “My preparation mantra for NEET UG 2023 was a combination of dedication, consistency, and strategic planning. I focused on understanding the concepts thoroughly and practiced extensively through solving previous year papers and mock tests.”

“My message to NEET UG 2024 aspirants would be to stay focused, believe in their abilities, and maintain a balanced approach to studies. Consistency and perseverance are key, and it is important to have faith in oneself and the preparation process,” he added.

The topper aims to secure admission to a ‘prestigious medical college’ that aligns with his aspirations and provides a conducive learning environment to further his medical education. The ultimate goal is to receive quality education and training to become a competent and compassionate doctor, the NEET UG topper said.

The motivation behind pursuing an MBBS programme and becoming a doctor, the topper added, stems from the desire to serve humanity, make a difference in people's lives, and contribute to the healthcare sector. The ability to alleviate suffering and provide care to those in need is what drives me.

Chakravarthi followed a disciplined schedule and studied around 8-10 hours a day during coaching at home.

Saying that it is important to note that the number of hours alone does not guarantee success, NEET UG AIR 1 said the quality study with focus and understanding is more important than the number of hours put in.

NEET UG 2023 Topper: Coaching, attempt

The NEET UG topper 2023 was a student of Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya. When asked why the topper preferred to stay in Hyderabad and not shift to Kota, the topper said: “I chose to study in Hyderabad and join Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya due to their excellent track record, experienced faculty, and comprehensive study materials. The city provided a conducive learning environment with access to resources and a competitive atmosphere. My learning experience in Hyderabad was enriching, and I received immense support from the faculty, which contributed significantly to my success.”

He solely relied on the study materials provided by Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya for NEET preparation. The coaching institute's resources were comprehensive and covered the syllabus thoroughly, leaving no need for additional materials.

Clearing the NEET exam without coaching is definitely possible, but it requires immense self-discipline, dedication, and a structured self-study plan. Coaching institutes provide guidance, study materials, and a structured curriculum that can be beneficial for many aspirants. However, with the right resources, self-motivation, and a disciplined approach, one can excel in NEET without coaching as well.

Adding that it was his first attempt at NEET UG, the topper said: “While I had expectations for myself, no one in my family anticipated that I would secure the top rank in NEET. Their reactions were filled with joy, pride, and overwhelming support. Their belief in my abilities motivated me to strive for excellence.”

During NEET UG preparation, NEET UG 2023 topper said: “I minimized my presence on social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter. I believed that focusing on my studies and minimizing distractions would be more beneficial. It allowed me to devote my time and energy to my preparation and maintain a disciplined approach.”

NEET Topper 2023: Class 12th marks, AP EAMCET

Chakravarthi scored 987 in Class 12th inter exams. He has also bagged the second rank in the Andhra Pradesh’s EAMCET 2023 agriculture stream. The AP EAMCET 2023 result has been declared today, June 14.

Managing preparation for both NEET and AP EAMCET required efficient time management and a well-structured study plan, the topper said, adding that he allocated specific time slots for each exam, focused on prioritizing topics, and maintained a balance between the two. Consistent practice, thorough revision, and stress management were crucial during this period.
