NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) for nearly 24 lakh aspirants will be conducted today from 2 pm to 5 pm. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has asked candidates to mandatorily carry the NEET admit card along with photo ID card for verification at the exam centre. The NTA NEET hall ticket 2024 has been hosted on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. Before leaving for the exam centre, candidates should ensure that they carry all the important documents required for verification.

They will have to carry the NEET hall ticket, self-declaration form, government-issued photo identity card, two passport-size photographs, postcard size colour photograph of image size 4X6 inches with a white background, and transparent water bottle.

NEET UG last-minute tips of toppers

Here’s the secret and tips shared by last years’ NEET UG toppers. Students appearing in today’s entrance exam can check the NEET UG success mantra shared by NEET toppers.

Last year, two students scored a perfect score of 720 marks with 99.9999019 percentile score. Prabanjan J of Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun Chakravarthi from Andhra Pradesh bagged All India Rank (AIR) 1 in NEET UG 2023 result.

NEET AIR 1 topper Bora Varun Chakravarthi said: “My preparation mantra for NEET UG 2023 was a combination of dedication, consistency, and strategic planning. I focused on understanding the concepts thoroughly and practiced extensively through solving previous year papers and mock tests.”

He said that by reducing his time on social media platforms, he allocated specific time slots for each exam, focused on prioritizing topics, and maintained a balance between the two. “Consistent practice, thorough revision, and stress management were crucial during this period,” he added.

Bora Varun Chakravarthi went on to choose All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi and Prabanjan opted for Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry.

In 2022, four students secured NEET rank 1 by scoring 715 marks out of 720. Several coaching centres advised aspirants to revise the topic-wise notes, formulas prepared during revision before the exam.
